We all lead fast-paced lives. In our hustle and bustle, it’s easy to get caught up in the moment and forget to catch our breath.

Collaborating with Slow Folks, we wanted to remind ourselves of the moments that matter – the perfect afternoon; a typical night; our companions by our side. These are the times we will cherish years later but don’t know it yet!

We wanted to capture the quiet intimacy, as well as the private bond we share with our pets during these moments. Companionship at its purest form, distilled from the stillness of our days.

Capturing intimacy in our everyday lives was always going to be a challenge. It requires us to tap into the natural chemistry we share with those around us, while having a sense of emotional sympathy.
Known for their clean lines, muted colours, and unique perspectives, Slow Folks was our first choice when envisioning the unspoken bond we have with our companions. Their artistic style is a callback to simpler times, making us pause to take a breath and take in what matters.
Specializing in abstraction, Slow Folks shines a light into the beauty of our everyday routines and urges us to live slower, more mindful lives.

Prints: 12x18 inches
Stationary set: 5x7 inches
Printed on uncoated, acid-free, FSC-certified, 300gsm Freelife Kendo Paper. It’s made of 40% recycled fibres and 60% other recyclable fibres, leaving specs and pieces on the paper, adding a unique character to each piece.

"How can I best care for my art works?"
As these are printed on untreated, chemical-free paper, the most important thing to keep in mind is not to get them wet, as it will cause smudging. Instead, wipe it down gently with a dry cloth and store in a dry location.
